How to Deactivate WordPress Plugins Manually
If don’t deactivate WordPress plugins before upgrading WordPress then maybe you have to face some trouble or if you install a plugins which is not compatible with your current WordPress version then you will have to face some problem.
In this case you cant login your WordPress dashboard or admin panel and also maybe you cant browse your WordPress blog or website. So how could you deactivate your installed plugins. You have to do it manually via accessing your MySQL database .
So now i am writing about how to deactivate WordPress plugins manually using phpMyAdmin . I also added some screenshot this will maybe helpful .
Deactivate WordPress Plugins Manually Using phpMyAdmin
1. Go to your website control panel and open phpMyAdmin
2. Select your database from right side panel which connected to your WordPress blog or website.
3. Now go to the Search option from the top navigation menu. Search active_plugins . (for example see the picture below )
4. Now search result for active_plugins will come . Click the browse button to see active plugins list . (see the picture below )
5. Now active plugins list appears below in the same page. Click Edit button to edit active plugins .
6. Now from the new page you can deactivate your active plugins. For example i am deactivating Customize Admin plugins. For deactivating your plugins see the picture below.
